At MTC Servicez, we are dedicated to creating exceptional wedding experiences tailored to your vision. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued, ensuring fairness and transparency.
By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
2. Booking Deposit (Non-Refundable)
To confirm your booking and reserve your event date, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required.
This deposit covers essential pre-planning activities such as consultations, design concepts, vendor sourcing, and administrative preparations.
3. Final Payment
The remaining 80% balance is due only after all contracted services have been completed and your event has taken place.
This guarantees that you pay only for services successfully delivered.
4. Cancellation & Partial Refunds

5. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)
If your event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue closures:

If rescheduling is not possible, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, minus non-refundable costs already incurred on your behalf.
6. Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly with any billing or service concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
