These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and your relationship with MTC Servicez – Wedding Planners. By booking our services, visiting our website, or entering into a service agreement, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional wedding planning, event coordination, styling, vendor management, photography, and related services as described in your chosen package. Any changes, upgrades, or custom requests must be confirmed in writing.

3. Booking & Payments

  • 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining 80% balance is due after completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other secure payment methods approved by MTC Servicez.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Our refund and cancellation policy is detailed in our Refund Policy, available at smartpromollc.org/refund-policy. By booking our services, you agree to those terms.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely event details (dates, guest counts, venue access, etc.).

  • Respond to planning communications and approvals promptly.

  • Ensure any third-party vendors not hired through MTC Servicez adhere to event schedules and professionalism.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service delivery.

6. Vendor Relationships

We may recommend or coordinate with trusted third-party vendors (florists, caterers, photographers, etc.). While we strive for quality, MTC Servicez is not legally liable for vendor performance, cancellations, or unforeseen issues beyond our control.

7. Liability Waiver

MTC Servicez is not responsible for:

  • Venue limitations, weather disruptions, or vendor failures.

  • Client property loss or damage during events.

  • Acts of God, pandemics, or government restrictions (see Force Majeure).

We will, however, make every effort to resolve issues promptly and professionally.

8. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government regulations, we may reschedule, adjust, or cancel services. Clients will be notified immediately, and rescheduling will be prioritized at no additional planning cost.

9. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, plans, and documentation (including mood boards, timelines, stationery, etc.) created by MTC Servicez remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

10. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, available at smartpromollc.org/privacy-policy. We never sell or misuse client data.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek resolution through direct communication first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or legal proceedings under California jurisdiction.

MTC Servicez reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
